What to expect in your box?
We lovingly curate a self-care box for you with 6-8 feel-good products. Each box has products ranging from aromatherapy, clean beauty/skincare, and unique lifestyle goodies, healthy snacks, and much more to make your ‘me’ time more special. Additionally, it has 1 happiness-boosting activity inspired by research in mindfulness, psychology, and PSYCHOTHERAPY to rewire the brain for more joy and positivity. We Support locally produced goods but also bring you wellness products from around the world. You get different products each season so it's always a delightful surprise!
What is a Wooyou box?
Wooyou box is a seasonal recurring self-care subscription, focused on inspiring happier lives and overall wellness- in mind, body, and spirit. we want to motivate a lifestyle that encourages you to woo yourself. We Support locally produced goods but also bring you wellness products from around the world.
We care about a sustainable lifestyle, natural ingredients, and purity, hence only get clean products for you.
We believe self-care as a discipline is a necessary part of living, especially in this fast-paced world. At the same time, we know that it’s not easy to make time for one’s self when other priorities compete with your time. At Wooyou, we curate and deliver self-care to make life easier and happier for you!
With Wooyou Wellness Box we deliver the tools and strategies you need to cope with life’s challenges, using research-based activities. All products and activities are thoughtfully curated with locally produced goods and, and include an activity that focuses on reducing anxiety, setting goals, and boosting positive mindsets to help you discover self-care and self-love.
How does it work?
As a Wooyou Seasonal or Annual Member, you’ll get a box of uplifting and encouraging treasures - all handpicked by the Wooyou team! We release a Seasonal Box 4 times per year (Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter). You will be charged immediately after selecting between either the Seasonal or Annual Membership. You'll receive an email confirmation of your order and be given access to your Wooyou box account right away.
What membership plans do you offer?
We offer two different membership plans: Seasonal and Annual!
Seasonal Membership:
If you sign up for the Seasonal Membership, you'll pay AED 269 each season (free shipping). Your membership automatically continues each season unless you decide to cancel before your upcoming bill date. If you join as a Seasonal Member and later decide to be an Annual, you can upgrade at any time from your account.
Annual Membership:
If you sign up for the Annual Membership you'll pay AED 996 upfront for 4 boxes and you will get automatic Annual status! Your membership automatically continues each year unless you decide to cancel before your bill date. You will be able to customize 6 products each season, during the customization window after you have successfully subscribed.
We have Buy now pay later service available for annual plans (not auto-renewable).
Can I purchase a one-time Wooyou that does not auto-renew?
Yes! While Wooyou boxes are designed as ongoing encouragement through subscription, you're welcome to send a single wooyou box to anyone in need of encouragement and elf-love, whether that be a loved one or even yourself!
To purchase a box that does not auto-renew, simply select the "give a gift" option at check-out. Gift subscriptions automatically expire at the end of their subscription period and do not auto-renew UNLESS you check the box that states you wish for the gift subscription to auto-renew at checkout. Otherwise, your gift subscription will expire once the subscription period is over and there is no need to cancel!
When Will I Be Billed for My Subscription?
You will be billed right away for your first box/subscription when you place your first order. If you purchased a Wooyou box seasonal/annual subscription, your subscription will renew on the 9th of the month in which your subscription period ends.
You can always log in to your account to see your renewal date at any time. Please note due to time differences, your renewal date may appear as the 8th, 9th, or 10th depending on your location. PLEASE NOTE: All multi-month prepaid subscriptions are billed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable
What if I need to skip a box or put my subscription on hold?
You can skip a month (or more) of your subscription by logging onto your account and clicking "skip a month", or emailing us at info@wooyoubox.com - Please ensure you opt to skip a month BEFORE 9th of the month if you wish to skip the next box. To put your subscription on hold until further notice, please feel free to email us!
What are your Shipping Policies?
We are currently only shipping to UAE. Our boxes ship between the 24-29th of the scheduled month. We all hate to pay extra for shipping hence we ship boxes to your doorstep absolutely free. Please ensure your address is correct at check-out. Wooyou box is not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses. If a box is returned to us due to an invalid address, a reshipping and handling fee of AED 25 will be charged to reship the package.
What if I subscribe and then cancel right away?
Once you subscribe your account is immediately charged. If you cancel right away, this will only ensure that your subscription will not renew, but you will still receive a box. If you cancel because you have changed your mind and wish to be refunded and not receive a box, you must email us immediately at info@wooyoubox.com and request a refund via email as refunds must be manually processed. Refunds will be provided if you email us directly requesting a refund for your order or renewal within 24 hours.
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the next bill date or you will continue to be billed for the following seasonal box or next 4 seasonal boxes (for Annual members).
Just login to your account to cancel anytime. There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. You will receive a confirmation email after you have canceled.
Annual Membership cancellation requests will go into effect at the end of the annual term. Annual Memberships pre-pay for 4 boxes and are non-refundable.
You can check your renewable date in your account. We may, in our sole discretion, approve an annual cancellation before the end of the initial commitment period, but there is a cancellation fee of AED 150 + tax (if applicable).
How do I reactivate my subscription?
You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging onto your account and clicking "reactivate", or emailing us at hello@wooyoubox.com - Your card will automatically be charged upon reactivation of your subscription.
What is Your Return Policy?
Wooyou or Wooyou Box does not accept returns and all sales are final. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund. Any missing, damaged, lost, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s) must be reported within 2 weeks of your delivery date. We will either replace the item/items or provide you with store credit. Please contact our Customer Care Team via the Contact page and we will assist you with filing a claim and/or getting your items replaced.
If you are unsatisfied with your box, we are happy to accept returns for all subscriptions. We accept a return of your Wooyou Box in exchange for store credit/refund if you email us and ship back your box within 14 days of receiving your box.
- Wooyou Boxes must be brand new in original/unopened condition with full contents and original/new packaging.
- The box must be wrapped in an outer polybag or another box. Any box without protective packaging, or has missing contents will not be accepted for returns.
- You must use a carrier and shipping method that can provide tracking information.
- Refunds will be credited in the manner in which payment was made.
- Customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred in the return process.

We do not provide store credit/refunds for returned products that are opened, used, damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use. We are not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit back to us, therefore please ensure the Box is packaged securely when being returned. We do not provide store credit/refunds for boxes returned after 14 days.
